Since I happen to know someone close to me with a 69 GT500, Carroll was much better than your average plastic surgeon, because before making them pretty....he thinned down there fat asses-

He snuck it into a photo a couple years ago, i was very surprised that nobody noticed / commented :?

True. 67 was the last "Shelby" year. Ford stepped in in (wow double word) 1968. The plastic surgery really took place with the 1965 R Model. The production cars were lighter, yes... but not much different.

I actually kinda felt sorry for you about the rc10 slams so I stayed off the bandwagon on the rc10s :lol: ...but very interested in pix of the mustang :wink: .

The pics I have are about 12 years old (..... wait, DAMN I've had it that long?). I will post some up, but don't want to hijack Scr8ps thread more than I have, at least not until my car ends up in his shop for paint.
