Sanwa Porsche 936 with hacked-up battery box. I think the body IS the original body (do you have a top view?). It's pretty rare and 1/10 scale. Except for the battery box and possibly one servo it looks complete.

If you decide to get it, could you please take some good pictures of the wiring? I have one in worse shape and missing the MSC with all wires cut, and this car uses a somewhat exotic wiring set-up (I think there's a light that comes on on the bottom of the chassis when the motor gets power).

That is the original body, in really great condition, but the previous owner added some stickers that don't belong. The original livery is the Martini livery.

Thank you Phin, that site has some excellent reference material, including a PDF of an in-depth review of that chassis. Looks like a good score. Shame about the other pair of wheels, though...

Any ideas what this is? It's sealed, no switch or anything...just a kinda heavy cylinder and a red l.e.d. light. Some kind of battery tester maybe? Got this with some other misc items...
Yeah, I know, the pics are a bit blurry, my camera was being uncooperative.
Thanks!

Looks like a Gecko. Basically it was a deep discharger or held the battery at a discharged state.

Edit...yup, it's a gecko

Tamiya for sure, not sure exactly the model tho. Just springs no dampening to em besides possibly a piece of rubber tubing inside

The outer ones, are not tamiya in my opinion - could be some kind of Traxxas ? are they alloy?
The inner ones must be tamiya as Jeff said.

Edit:
The Outers could even be Thunder Tiger.
