Looking at the instructions of the Nichimo 443 WDS which uses the same bumper as the FWD Nichimo cars, i suspect the engineers were relying on the flexibility of the plastic so that it can mount on both cars. On the Spirit, they put spacers, but they did not bother to put them on the Midships/Exceed :-)... And the flexibility works... Not sure which one was possibly breaking the Bumper faster :-)

The eagle eyes might spot that the bulkheads are not full thickness , I dropped the prints into the bed to get a flat bottom .
I hope you make those Coyote double wheel bearing adapters next! I’ll buy 2 sets..

What I've just done was draw up converted front and rear hubs to take double bearings , thought that might be a better way to go as it does away with the three little screws to retain the bearing or adapter , I can just do adapters if that's what you'd prefer , would be cheaper .

I think I would prefer the adapters, just to keep the car as original as possible with the mods on the subtle/hidden side. Your redesigned hubs sound interesting too..

No problem , I'll draw them up and test print them , not sure I have the three mil wide bearings to test with but I'll have a did around .

Printed these test pieces last night , they are the front and rear hubs for the SG Tag Coyote with the double bearing mod inbuilt , I don't have any 5x10x3 bearings but I was able to test the fit with some 6x10x3 bearings , all fits well so I'll pop these up later as well as the bearing adapters , these are just printed in PETG and look awful and are to weak to use , I'm just using up rolls of crap filament for test purposes .
Here it is next to the big single bearing original .

And
The rear one.

This is the double bearing adaptor for the coyote , works well so it's going to be added soon .

It needs two 5x10x3 bearings per wheel .

Legend! 8)

I saw the TAG Pro 10 suspension arms with the extra shock mounts in your Shapeways shop. Really cool stuff.

Finally got round to the much needed spur gear for the Coyote , all the gears I've modelled so far have been 0.8 mod but every time I use the gear generator in Fusion 360 they come out bigger than the original gear in my hand and they have to be scaled down a few % to match , it happened with the Dogfighter as well as the Coyote , in fact I have several sets of original Dogfighter gears and none of them are the same size as each other :? But none of them as big as those generated in Fusion , if I print the Dogfighter gears at full size the gears bind badly , I tried checking if they were actually a DP gear but the equivalent DP gear is the same over size compared to original parts , I'm thinking that maybe the gear mould is accurate but the nylon shrinks causing this size difference , it's the only thing that makes sense to me .Oddly modern gears are spot on the same as the Fusion 360 gear generator and this causes problems with the Coyote as the modern full size gears just brush the lexan under plate on the Coyote , its not enough to do any harm but enough to mark the lexan slightly
My original chewed up gear .
