Installed some new parts on my SS Camaro. Still have much to do, but it's a start. All these cool car threads made me get off my butt and finally do something.

Holley LS aluminum valve covers with built in coil mounts. I used ARP valve cover and coil bolts. Also insulated all the wires on the block and around the exhaust with DEI cool tape and black sleeving. Still looking at cold air intakes and headers. Probably get a set of Granatelli super coils and zero ohm wires too.

Also installed a Moroso oil catch can. Due to EPA regulations most manufacturers route the oil vapor lines directly into the intake for the vapors to be burned off. Over time the intake, valves and piston crowns will be covered in oil. This can filters the oil vapor in a fine wire mesh and collects the droplets in the bottom of the can allowing only clean air to enter the intake. Probably get a smaller one for the valve cover vent as well.

And my favorite mod of all time. I push a button on my remote and I have nearly wide open uncorked exhaust. Push the button again and it's quiet until I hit 3k which is the normal open cycle. Only drawback is I can't totally muffle the exhaust on startup which is normal for bi-mode on the Camaro. Vette owners can fully muffle theirs on start up for a stealth effect. I still can't sneak out at night without disturbing the peace.

That Chevell.... er Beaumont is wicked. Love that console shifter.

A set of Weld RTS series wheels would look fantastic with that silver.

The vette is gone cause it sucked as a daily. I replaced it with a 95 Impala SS. It is a much more comfortable car to drive every day.

Our 1999 Super duty and 1983 Fleetwood Trailer, broke down after a weekend of camping Borrego Springs area. A high pressure oil line that controls the injectors split. Isn't there an RV thread? Can not find it.

I've owned this since I was 17 - in my early 30's now. It keeps coming back into my life and I just can't get rid of it. While it's mostly a pain in the ass it is a reminder of some great times I had as a kid. Sort of like a bad case of herpes you got from that epic spring break trip.

Just finished this up and took it for a test ride. New built old school style mini bike. Stock 6.5hp engine for now. Nothing special just something to tool around the neighborhood on.

Clean third gen. I miss my '91 Camaro the most of all my cars I've had.

Picture of a picture I took when I first bought it.

Nice I borrow a buddies 89 GTA from time to time. His badges are a little different though and it only has six cylinders but it sure hauls.
