Re: Intriguing ad in RC Car Action - RC10 re-release?
I assembeld my new car up to a point where all I have remaining are the Gear Box and the Shocks. Everything went together well. The only real fit issue I see so far and its not a show stopper is that the rear arm mount and the rear arm where it mates to the arm mount are different dimensionally.
Specifically.. the space between the mounts on the arm is a little longer and the Span of the hing portion of the arm mount is slightly shorter. You will get front to rear movement and it will require a shim to take this out.
No issues with the chassis tub and counter sink issues.

This would be a neat one to match to see if he gets his money back, minus epay fees.littleVETTE wrote:it has begun....

Re: Intriguing ad in RC Car Action - RC10 re-release?
So I was bored and I called a.e. about the chassis holes not being counter sunk.and yes I lied I said it was mine....sorry??? Anyway I expressed how unhappy I was and asked what could be done.i was told that if I took a pic and email mailed it with my tower order confirmation they would send me one right away. So it is fix able under the warranty. If that is what you chose to do. I never gave my name so... and they were very willing to fix the issue. I believe I spoke to rick.
My pop always said i had to many iron's in the fire

That's one thing that hasn't changed about AE even after the buyout by thunder tiger. They will always take care of you and rectify the issue to problem.

When they were still partnered with LRP, they always hooked me up whenever something stopped working right.janaya wrote:That's one thing that hasn't changed about AE even after the buyout by thunder tiger. They will always take care of you and rectify the issue to problem.
I miss brushed motors in that hazy, everything seemed better when I was a kid, kind of way.
