may be a little off topic but this thread alone has helped me along in what to look for when buying old stuff at garage sales and such. i have 3 or 4 gold pan tubs all in various condition...the "A" stamp is very heavy...almost punched all the way through and then i have a bunch with lighter stamps...like a normal stamp. around what year should i date them to be and are they late edinger or early cadillac?

Great info. Got to it while looking for parts for my LM Oval car that Irecently bought and is based on various RC10's. The trans has been moved forward, (just turned around) and I've been trying to find 3 degree rear toe blocks for it but because the A arms are also reversed nothing works. This car got me interested in early RC10 stuff. Found an RC10L and a Gold Pan car on local CL. Missed the 10L but Pan car is still there. It appears to be complete.

I've attached some pictures (I hope) of my RC10 Kludge. It's a fun car. Running a Mamba Max Pro ESC with LRP 13.5T and a 5000 Lipo.

Think I'll go get the gold pan.

interesting looking car. not sure what kind it is or what it was used for. im guessing for asphalt or carpet. it might have had a truck or pan car body on it.

I have what I think is an Edinger car. The front A-Arms each have 2 set screws in them; one for the shock rod and another on the rod that connects to the front suspension mount. I didn't see anything about this in the other posts. Has anyone ever seen this? And is it related to Edinger?

Thanks
Joe

I updated all the web links for all the manuals, as the old links no longer worked for some reason.
