Re: Currently Playing
Posting this because I was tired of seeing my last post at the top of the page for so long... and because he is one of the few people with better moves than me.

Re: Currently Playing
This song was on my brain today for some reason. No political statement here, I just thought the puppets were awesome BITD.

Re: Currently Playing
I guess I kinda went down the rabbit hole on youtube today and saw this, one way or another. Pretty cool version I hadn't seen. Crazy seeing a crowd like that. Hopefully we'll see that again soon!

Well, as long as I have the tag copied I may as well paste it again...

Re: Currently Playing
This band used to play around here in town at local bars quite a bit at the peak of my party days around '96. The lead singer has one of the more interesting voices I've ever heard. No idea why this song popped in my head today at work. I haven't heard them in a long time. Not real sure what became of them.

Re: Currently Playing
Thanx for the prompt to an old local band situation Ken
Not much for videos but Lynn Allen was a local band to me in my area. I remember being 16 seeing them the first time at a bar that is no longer there. Back then getting served underage wasn't that uncommon so being half ripped at the Liberty watching these guys was a blast...more stories about that night but maybe not right place right time

Re: Currently Playing
I dig it Todd. Love the rough guitar riff in that! I bet it sounded killer live. The second I read the title I thought of this.

Re: Currently Playing
Has anyone had a chance to pick up the new MammothWVH?
I will probably head out tomorrow and pick it up. Thoughts?

Re: Currently Playing
I'm not real familiar with that Dave. Hope you enjoy it. I had this running thru my head all day at work. Not real sure why since I hadn't heard it in a while.

99.9% sure that is the first song I ever listened to on my first Sony Walkman.

Re: Currently Playing
A rose by any other name... If you're like me and like the song, but never seen the video, it's the dude from the movie Dazed And Confused. Took me a sec. And she was a total smoke show in Starship Troopers which was horrible and awesome at the same time.
