That looks pretty tasty Alex. I eat rice at least 4 times a week. Some form of rice is my lunch at work about 90% of the time. However, when my daughter and I shared these homemade chili cheese fries last night for dinner I couldn't help but see how similar they looked.

That's a restaurant style 16 inch high heat plate those are on! Luckily we both have a hummingbird metabolism and have a hard time gaining weight.

Sometimes I just can't decide if I love my grill or my iron skillets more, so I just have to combine the two. Bacon wrapped chicken tenderloins cooked until crisp in the iron skillet and then moved to the side to stay warm while I threw Brussels Sprouts in the bacon grease until nice and tender all over. Brussels Sprouts aren't for everyone I know, but my wife and I love 'em. My 9 year old daughter, not so much...

The sun comes in from the west something wicked on my back deck in the evening even with all the trees so the pics always look a bit weird even with a little editing. Makes for great sunsets though.

I hear ya. I'm usually too busy eating to take pics. They sound awesome though. Your picture reminded me of one of my favorite all time internet pics.

I have that one as well

I was skeptical but wanted to try something new. These are pretty darn good. Already thinking of an Irish Nacho using this instead of taco meat

Nachos are another one of my vices. That's why when I find a nacho cheese I like, I stock up. This stuff is some of the best I've had. It's just like the stuff you get at the big stadiums. One of the food suppliers I frequent had a case bust and was selling it by the package so I bought 30. This picture was taken a bit later as my supply started to dwindle...

You should see the looks on the faces of the kids as I order Irish Nachos at Del Taco...a deer in the headlights is more aware of their surroundings than asking some of these kids to do something 'different'...'let me get my manager...hey the Irish Nacho guy is back, how do I ring that up?'
LMAO

Wow Joey, looks incredible! Took a much needed 5 day weekend after a rough busy season. Started yesterday with a nice homemade Chili Cheese Omelet for breakfast.

This is not the "What's for breakfast?" thread. I want to see pictures of steaks, not eggs.

Lookin' good Alex! Went with fish tacos with homemade slaw last night. Plenty of garlic wine vinegar and Tabasco to top it.
