The track's stance on lipo sacks, is the same as last year's track's stance on lipo sacks....

If you got em, use em, if not, ehh, no biggie....

I've never used a Lipo sack at RCHR, or better yet, never been required to use one....

Thanks Freddie!
I'm placing a last-minute VONats order and the seller has the small Losi ones for $12 or so. Pretty cheap if it saves my house from burning down one day.

new track looks cool.

i should at least open up the boxes from last year and blow the dirt off everything... work has flat out killed me the past few months and time has flown at warp speed, i cant believe this is only a few weeks away. :D :D

i'm hoping i can bake the 3 sets of brand new jconcepts tires i glued to duratrash wheels for last years race and re-used them.

i assume i can use just one transponder for multiple rigs...?

Im sure I speak for the rest of the vintage r/c gang here in Australia when I wish all our RC10TALK bretherin luck with the up and coming vintage meeting over there. Our last meeting here was a blast with many of us running in 3, 4 and even 5 classes all day long. Needless to say it was hectic but a whole lot of fun.
I hope to see some video footage of your meet and im sure there will be plenty of great photo's too.

hoop- I'm pretty sure the TN posse is staying at the Motel 6 in Southington. I'll be there too.

bormac- thanks for the kind words. Once we get the rc10talk jet up and running we can just fly in all our vintage brothers from around the world.... maybe for VONats 2010.

Awesome,

We need all the help we could get...

Okie dokie guys, I just finished running the VONATs layout at RCHR, you guys are gonna be very pleased with how smooth this layout is. We had atleast 3 Losi XXs, 4 RC10s, 2 RC10Ts, 1 Yokomo YZ, and all of them ran hard, and didn't break.

Double Dees(fr/Rear), Holeshots(fr/rear), Goosebumps(fr/rear), Groovies(fr), Rounders(fr), Proline Edege(fr), are still the tires of choice, I ran some Losi X3000 with good results.

The Shop is going to be opened at 8am on Friday, and per John(owner) if we have enough people there, we're gonna have a warmup race like last year to work the bugs out.

It's getting really close now...
