Some of you guys make me laugh - you've been praying for a re-release for 10 years or more, you placed orders within minutes of it appearing online and now a couple of weeks delays has you cancelling ? I could understand those who thought it was going to be very limited, and buying for collection/future resale purposes, but take a break and think about it.

Yes Associated are owned by a bigger Chinese company , but very much a global player (thats life these days)

but, its a delay of a few days and without the Chinese this probably wouldn't be happening now.

For me, the whole rere is not a big deal as I never had RC cars as a child. I'm interested to have an RC10 since it was a good piece in its day, but having just rebuilt one Team Car and half way through another I'm not exactly feeling a lot of love for the rere at this point. I ordered two, cancelled one of those weeks ago (I was originally going to build one, keep one NIB) as I'm RC10'd out at the moment, and I'm even thinking about cancelling the second one almost at the point its being shipped out.

Don't get me wrong I can see the appeal for those who grew up with them, admired them or just dreamed about them; for me it doesn't pull any heart strings - it'd be nice to have a goldie but I'm not hopping up n down in excitement right now.

I'm still waiting patiently for mine. Got my big bores, taller towers, CE arms, Stealth w/B4 top shaft all waiting. Gonna build it and race the crap out of it. Put deep gouges and scratches all over it. Gonna give it the love a hard run race car deserves. I need to get on the ball and order up titanium turnbuckles, bearings and the other bits I need to make it a race ready retro car.

Has my excitement dwindled, yes, but I am not going to cancel my pre-order. I can wait, get it, build it and have fun in a couple weeks.

When did the picture get put up? Hong Kong is 12 hours ahead of the US Eastern time zone, so it's already 9 AM on 10/6 there.

Not coping you but I did the same thing.i have enough parts to build 10 stock stealth trannys so aleast 1 of my preorders will get the stealth and with the b4 topshaft.i have the black team car arms front and rear plus acer bearings.i will also use a undertray cause I hate gouges lol.with this one I have the b4 shocks cause I am still unsure of which velvet shocks to get.anyone?

Looks like it's October 13th when they arrive in the USA.

I had to cancel my pre-order at Tower so some one will get one earlier than before. I hate being poor.

I just got an email from Tower Hobbies:

"Thank you. Your order payment was approved. The Payment amount for your Tower Hobbies order (Invoice#xxxxxx) has been successfully charged to your credit or debit card. Order verification is now complete."

since I have not ordered anything from Tower since the RC10 re-re, this must mean my RC10 is being shipped!!!!
