My "work area"....
I build alot of rock crawlers, so the tubing bender, drill press, 3 sheetmetal brakes, plasma cutter, welders, shrinkers, etc. for build ing hotrods come in handy for R/C fabrication....

Well I am redoing my hobbyroom and made some progress, I am looseing 1/2 my hobbyroom to my wifes scrapbooking but thats not all bad. I got the green light to redo the whole room. I almost finished my bench today I will be adding another shelf on top, and some kind of wallboard on the back wall and lights under the cabnets plus a powerstrip. much nicer than the mess I had before.

My wife's hobby room is 1/2 of our bedroom, quilting stuff and sewing machines everywhere. Mine is in the basement, 2 floors down. We each have a laptop at our workstations and sometimes chat via facebook while working on our stuff together in different rooms

figured i would post an update on my shop. i just bought and installed the final 3 units today. this is how you stay organized. now i just have to finish labeling everything. and yes i have a few drawers that still need filling but we all know that wont take very long.
i also changed the lighting out. i had a standard single bulb fixture in there. it did not give out enough light. now i have added 2 four foot duel florescent tube fixtures on one side of the room. i will add 2 more on the other side of the room later. i will have no trouble seeing what i am doing in there now.
