Nice wiring job on the car stereo! Very clean and professional.
i've actually consided converting to deans, but man thats like a full day of converting everything and deans are expensive... powerpoles are sooooo much cheaper when you buy them in bulk from powerwerx. i do admit the deans look alot better and are more compact. but like i say once you get knee deep in one or the other its pretty intimidating (and costly) to change up.

thanks on the stereo, i got LOADS of time in it. i just wish i would have chosen a better car to do it too... i love the looks and the motor of the ls1 camaros and firebirds, but gm put them together so darn cheap... a freakin yugo holds up to mileage better than these darn things...
heres another pic i'll spam. around 180 square feet of matte sound deadening and about 4 gallons of liquid deadening.

Not a bad choice to use Powerpoles. That's what I run. When I had my race car, that's the same style connector (roughly) that was used for the auxiliary battery hookup used when starting in the pits. I ready an article somewhere stating the resistance of different connectors and Powerpoles weren't all that much higher than the Dean's. And like you said, I've found them easier to solder up and cheaper to buy.
