Re: yz10 rear wheel adapters for rc10
I got these adopters for a01butal's project
the hubs with 2 holes are early one. and 4 holes are later one. and they have different offset. the later one is 1mm taller (wider) than the early one.
the early one is from japanese team car BX kit, and the later one from FX that is '92 CE.
as far as I know BX was release in '91 and FX was '92 or '93. and both had stealth.
and, the FX hubs have exactly same offset with the hubs from Suzuki.

the bottom ones are for Tamiya cars; at last they were: you can use them on any brabd that uses 12mm hexes now. they simply go on top pf the hexes. I have a set of aluminium ones like these I use.
The TH-7 ones are as far as I can see for kyosho 4wd cars like the optima and optima mid, lazer etc. the hole is lisghtly conical and the part replaces the old kyosho hex

Missed out the photo showing the other side of the TH-7 parts. They seem to have pin slots?

Hmm... they're not the same as Schumacher's "Castle" wheel fittings. Why would Yokomo ever make a Kyosho-to-Schumacher wheel adapter!!??!

exactly what I thought, I was not sure about the model, but I don't know any other brand that made those "castle" adapters.59burst wrote:I can read japanese barely.

to clarify a bit: nobody ever talked about Yokomo "Kyosho-to-Schumacher" adapters, Erik was refering to Yokomo adapters for Kyosho cars and I was thinking about Schumacher the very moment I saw the backside of your adapters, then I think you mixed it all up

Re: yz10 rear wheel adapters for rc10
Just going back a bit but most of those adapters were introduced only because of the introduction of the 2.2 inch rims that yokomo were the first to make, meaning anyone and any car could run the new size wheels with the use of the adapters.
