In my opinion, that's how a lot of the early stadium trucks were.... My original Shotgun sits waaaaay up there, like that JRXT. This is due to body mounts off the front bumper and rear shock mount, and long shocks with a flattish body. On the follow-up Storm, however, they mounted directly to both front and rear shock towers, and moulded the body to have humps (power bulges) over the shocks, with the end result that the body could sit a LOT lower.

Since that picture was taken, I have added the dirt shields, to the side of the chassis the body is mounted as low as it can be. the new one I am building to race will have LX-T mounts, that will lower the body quite a bit. and a pro shock tower that acts as a mount.

Finished putting my LX-T back together its retired now it has a new undertray and body. New Tires, and a fresh set of Lunsford turnbuckles. I am waiting for Brandons LX-T's bodys before I paint it not real happy with this one its a little small.
