i got a 03 2wd ranger ill trade you for it.
i figure put a 15turn in there and it should get me to work.
and it def will be better in the snow!

has anyone tried using the setup from a tc3 on an mip conversion? i have no idea if it would work at all. it was just something i thought of.

I was looking into that too and actually started there first since I wanted to try to use associated parts if possible. So before I went out and bought a bunch of stuff I couldn't use, I figured I'd do some research and see if anyone else had done something like that.

the main problem i see is how far the carrier sets in towards the center of the chassis. i'm sure there would be issues with the cvd length. unless you find some steel ones, and cut and weld them to the desired length. you'd have to modify the front arms. also, you'd probably need to find a front wheel with more of a positive offset, to make up for the loss in front track width.

the only way to know for sure is to buy a bunch of parts that probably won't work. :wink:

WOW!! I'm impressed. The MIP 4wd conversions where hard to get new!! I guess you guys never got rid of anything, huh?
