WOW, I actually have a reputation? LOL! .... All in good fun, I am just glad to be a part of a place/forum that REALLY appreciates Associated products.... that is what it all about (to me at least), sharing in a common interest.

i only got 3 nib kits, a original, a graphite, and a b2. (anybody have a nib b3?) it kinda sucks to just have a box that you dare not open. in some ways that little seal and the shrink is worth more than the parts inside...

true story, the dude i bought my nib 6010 from off ebay (4 or 5 years ago) literally just put the shipping label on the associated shrinkwrap and mailed it with absolutely no protection. amazingly it showed up with only a couple little 1/2" tears in a couple spots that got treated to scotch tape, no dents or blemishes otherwise. i got the shipping sticker off with some bestine. it was like surgery fixing the tears and removing that damn sticker...

Jeez, with items like that, you can only pray that the people who handle/ship it on route don't have a clue as to what it is or its value. Thats completely insane badhoopty!
