Custom Works has 2 styles one is like original Losi, and the other is flat on top for vertical camber link mount but they both have the same part #3241.

The ones listed are repackaged Losi LOSA2038's. They're my favorite DO rear hubs.

Losi also makes a new vertical mount hub, with fore & aft adjustments to eliminate camber link binding for the xxx series.

I want to make sure i have this clear, Klein arms (as replace for rpm worlds backend) with b4 carriers and cvd will mount up on a tub chassie (not cut down for rpm worlds conversion) and will keep the correct rear end spacing and allow you to use b4 rims and tires? If so that is so dialed!!!! Also what rims are those on the B4 in the picture?

All of what you said, with the exception of the B4 rear carriers. The B4 carriers with this configuration didn't provide the correct spacing for the CVDs. So far only the RPM #70272 and AE #7358 RC10T hubs have worked for me. As mentioned earlier in this post, the Losi/CW hubs are a possibility as well.

Like JK said, JConcepts Rulux wheels. They will be on my runner version, too.

Well, here's the runner so far... I installed the RPM tranny conversion & T3 slipper on this one. There are 1.32" shocks on boths ends right now - I may swap the fonts for the 1.02", depending on what happens when I start tuning the suspension. I'll post some more pics once I get the electronics and body installed.

So cool! It's awesome to see people making these competitive again.

The runner is done. Well, almost... I still need to put a better servo in it, add the LiPo cut-off and drill and tap a new hole for the lower gear cover screw. But it’s done enough to get in a test run or two.

As I suspected, I ended up with the 1.02” shocks in the front. I’m not sure who makes the body (JConcepts, maybe?). It came with a B4 lot, already painted and just slightly used. Since it sort of fits the theme, I thought I’d try it out on this build and it ended up fitting pretty well (where would we be without Velcro?).

I hope to get this to the track over the next couple of weeks. I’ll follow up with some more photos of the track session (dirty pictures ).
