Michael (Siebenelch) and I plan to turn up and go 2WD with the Siebenelch cars. I would love to give my 870c a drive in case I can set it up until then but I think we will run into issues with the overweight on the flights so it is down to one class I think.

I have been looking up flights and toying with the idea of attending. Is there an official unofficial list of who is planning on turning up, I don't want to pay to fly out if there is a low turn out. another question will the track or someone allow us to ship our cars and tools so we don't have to try to get them on the plane I would rather just ship my stuff to the track if they would allow it.

No problem on shipping your stuff to the track. Make sure each item is securely boxed or bagged with your contact info on each item. Email [email protected] with shipping confirmation number and number of bags. UPS and Federal Express both have the pass codes to our door in ensure secure delivery. UPS and FEDEX main terminals are located 15 minutes from the hobby shop for return shipping.

I'll be there in 2wd and 4wd. I'm not sure if I'll run my graphite or my RPM Ultra in 2wd. Definitely a Yoke in 4wd.

Mark, is there a chance to get the ROAR-legal motors at the track? I am not 100 percent sure if the brushed motors are available in Germany beside the darn GM ones. The brushless motors are but maybe I am in the mood to go completely vintage (read: brushed )

Yes, we will have some current ROAR legal motors in stock such as Trinity's CO27 and the Novak 17.5 Brushless.

I have a stash of old-school stockers, (magic, procket rocket, slot machine) that were roar legal at some point. does it have to be a current roar motor? Is there a list somewhere of what is roar-legal?

I'm not speaking for Erich, but I don't think it really will matter on the legalities of the stock motors. I don't think we're going to be too worried about equipment tech. A current stock motor will stomp all old stock motors, and most mod motors anyway, so it's not really a big deal.

What is a quick & dirty pro level 4wd's availble?

Shuey? - up to which model
Yokomo? - kinda good with this one (we have a great timeline)
Kyosho? - Optima mid? Lazer?
what else (that is "kinda" available?)

By my count you can do the following

Yokomo- 834, yz10
Schumacher- cat, cat xl, top cat, procat
Kyosho- javelin (although you'd be silly to run one of these works of art), optima, optima mid, Lazer
AYK- Radient, Pro Radient
Tomy- Intruder (any of them)
MIP- 4-10 (although I'd be forced to thrash you)
Tamiya- Avante, Egress, the other one of those that the name escapes me right now

I'm sure there's other too... my point is that there are plenty of cars you can find very readily
