Any recommendations for spur gears? The factory 105t is for the 30k rpm .12 OS and is geared too low for my brushed electric setup. I think I need something in the 75-86t range but I am not sure what will fit.

Making some progress. Got a new motor and I was able to figure out the transmission except for one item. The spur gear wobbles however the driveshaft does not appear bent. I think it is related to how the inside slipper plate rests on the pin but I am not sure. The wobble is enough that the mesh is perfect for about 2/3 of the rotation and then tight on the remaining third. Obviously not ideal, but not sure how critical this is.

If you can find a 32 pitch spur gear that will fit, I'd switch to it. The larger gears are much more forgiving on mesh.
Always looking for new and interesting ways to waste money.

New driveshaft fixed it. I will keep that in mind though. I do have a Mod 1 gear and it is way too big. 32p might work.
