@Siebenelch: How did you do the grinding? axial with angled chassis or 90 degrees to the belt? I want to cut down my chassis, too! And by the way, do you sell one of the rear truck shock towers? Or where did you get them?

I once asked a guy that worked at a machine shop if he does any "govt work" and he looked at me like I was a Russian spy!
I couldn't believe he didn't know what that meant!
i love running the mill. I have become the main prototype builder where i work (not to bad for a kid just a few years out of high school) but my real love is cnc machining/milling. I am truly lucky to have nearly unlimited access to both a cnc mill and over head cnc router. I have been working on a chassis i drew up in solidworks that i have intentions of cutting out on a cnc. we'll have to see how that goes
I just got this chassis off e-bay to finish my RC10 graphite box art, however who makes it? Its not a original AE, but I have no clue what company it is. It has the holes drilled for the stealth so I don't think its a Q10 chassis. Attached are some...

i'm not impressed with the cafepress stuff...

the melvins art front black t is just about the only thing that turned out how it should.
i'll probably broom a bunch of the stuff and just have the one basic design.
I have a sillyish question-I have an RC10T2 and I'm using my T4 a lot more,now.
I'd love to put a clean chassis on it (mine has a hole for a servo saver cut into it  )-Would a 'B' stamped black RC10 chassis fit,or is the T2 chassis itself...

Rats...Thans,scr8p.
Guess I'll just have to keep an eye out for a new T2 chassis.
That truck is one of my fave's.Atom bomb proof!
Why is it that everyone has to drill holes into a rc10 chassis. I think everything rc10 chassis i have gotten since i have gotten into the rc10 have had holes drilled into it. Some have been drilled in so odd places too.
sorry but there is no real...

Those Litespeed sinks are cool. I had one on my Optima Mid. The only thing is I wish they allowed the rear curved part of the chassis to bolt onto them somehow.
Got this in a job lot .
It's been re-sprayed blue and there's a few extra holes.
The milled bits, one is rough could have been home done.
Back motor guard, very neat, but cut down?
The sides seem to be thiner than any other pan I have??...

While I think it was just slimmed down a bit in the rear, it does look like it was very well done. I think it would be a great start for an old/new build.
Hi guys, first time poster here...tho have been lurking for a while. Anyway...I just picked up a RC10 buggy off that auction site and I'm not sure exactly what I got. In the past I ran an RC10t2 and since I've been getting back into the hobby I...
