The driver figure cleaned up nicely considering the amount of brushed on paint that was on it.
I used some old brake fluid and a toothbrush to remove the old paint.

Fairly snug fit.

Not really any air can get past the ESC heat sink with the driver in place.

I still need to build an adapter to mount the new style wing and put some rubber on the wheels.

New tires.
Original looking wing.
Just an antenna tube, a couple of body clips and a battery to take it for a spin.

I could add a bumper but I think it looks better without one.

Chuck Marwan has repops of the OG tires...they look waaay better!...they don't drive as well tho

I didn't mean car doesn't look good Chuck..its amazing...those rere tires have always just looked off compared to the originals...my opinion only!
