It's the same transmission. The only time you'll really have a problem is if you use the later "XX Retrofit" transmission on a JRX-T or JR-T because it doesn't have slot for the rear body mount. I am currently building a second Pro/ Pro SE to retro race. I currently see an LXT transmission online. Will that work with all the PRO/SE parts an installation. I think it will but I am not totally sure.
