How did you find it? I would love that setup for my runner!!!
I got this MIP steering from a parts XX buggy I bought awhile back. The MIP steering has become quite difficult or expensive to find.
Quite difficult *and* expensive!

I haven’t even seen on for sale in over 2yrs.

Titanium notch pin?

And what about the rear, do you have a CR specific pin with clip only on one end?

I managed to find both! Arrive soon!

Yes, I have a Lunsford titanium hinge pin kit, which provides all of the pins.

I'm still plugging away at this one. Polishing all the alloy bits is not my favorite job. However the end result is worthwhile. I couldn't resist adding this small triangle CF stiffener to the chassis brace in front.

I am using Trinity XXX rear inner arm mounts with the VLA arms to provide more tuning options.

Is that the XX or XXX rear pivot block?

Electronics and wiring are done. Sensor wire is only thing missing still. I did all I could to keep the wiring as hidden and clean as possible. All electronics sit as low as they can. It took a lot of modification to lots of pieces to get to this layout.

I rewired the motor wires in an attempt to hide the wires further. I am relatively happy with the result, however I used a different wire this time, and the sheathing near the motor solder joints burned. Therefore, it doesn't look as clean as it should.

I got the shocks and links built and installed. Next on the list is to cut a custom CF battery brace.

I cut this battery brace and mounted a wing. I just need to sort a body and wheels, rear sway bar, and add some go fast decals!

Last picture shows it next to her sister B3.

Nice work mate. Needs to see some jumps though :)

The shock mounts, what have you used? Don’t recognise them!

That is one stunning looking buggy. Paint scheme for a painted body?

Love the 110% decal. Ty is a great guy, met him a few times.

I added a rear swaybar. I polished the bar and aluminum to match the rest of the car.

Few pictures with my XXT runner and XX Kinwald.

Have you found a body to fit with the XXT chassis?
