The Nose plate and tub are both anodized. Its what Romulus22 says, Associated's anodizing was never consistent.

If i had 50 blue anodized tub chassis they would be known as "50 Shades of Blue"

Yep, yes sir you are correct. My apologies, for some reason my brain switched over to the other electric tubs.

Actually I believe I snagged that from one of the back issue scans of RCCA on gomachv site. Oh and thank you very much gomachv for saving them on your site for everyone ! I am always thumbing through them.

It’s late, just got home, punched some holes to get it mounted, don’t feel like cleaning off my work area just for a couple pictures, I’ll put some stickers on it later too.

I approve, I just chuckled due to the yellow/silver roll bar discussion we've had in the past.

Very nice, love the blue with that scheme. Fitting for the truck.

I approve, I just chuckled due to the yellow/silver roll bar discussion we've had in the past.

I remember having that discussion now. No clue what the outcome of it was though. I change my mind quite often too so I might’ve said I didn’t like the silver then. I just thought it was fitting with this truck with all the silver hardware I used.

Yeah, I was able to contact him and he worked it in for me.

Not really Boxart, but heavily influenced.

Needs a few more in certain places. But I’m pretty low on stuff that fits the build.

Of course not that it didn’t look good just painted, but it’s amazing what well placed decals can do. Looks fantastic !
