Yeah, it's got some mismatched screws. The servo horn isn't centered. It has too much travel in one direction, but not enough the other way. I'm still not sure I want to keep it, though.

I've had a few rc10t's over the years show up with this same kind of setup and thought it odd. Mostly these were all dismantled parts cars/sliders type lot buys that they came in so thought it was a little back yard engineering but there was another question like this several years ago that someone else answered that had an article out of an RC magazine as part of the answer. Can't find it myself right now but pretty sure it was moved to the temples rc tech forum when we did some rearranging several years back.
