Ah, excellent! I'm not quite computer savvy enough to have figured out how to change each page to a jpeg to post the article. 
It's not difficult, you just need Adobe Acrobat and you can convert a pdf file to any image extension. You could also use a snipping tool to take a snapshot of your screen and save the images.
