There are a variety of printers available that can print with white ink. However, they are expensive and the cost per sq. inch is high.

Most high end sign shops will have a printer that can handle the job, but they don't like doing smaller jobs. You could also see if there is a vinyl wrap business nearby. Some of those shops are starting to add these style printers.

So, can you do this if we send you the proof?
Rod, i am also looking for someone to print them and am happy to join in financing etc. in case you find a printer.

CSeils on rctech...Custom Racing Decals. Very reasonable, high quality. He has done custom F1 decals for me as well as other projects, like wraps on sprint cars. If you have the files he should be able to print them very easily.

Thanks but it looks like he prints on white vinyl, not solid white on clear.

Too bad Shapeways doesn't add this capability to their shop. It's a bit odd that we can now buy 3-D printed items easier than 2-D.

What about the "Safety, Service & Security" sticker on the cop car? It looks too clean to be white letters printed on a closely-trimmed black vinyl...

Absolutely not the case. The sheets are clear vinyl that are just like any other rc manufacurer's decals.

That's good news! If DHood can't do anything, I will get him to do some. Do you have any contact info?

I'd be interested to know, too. I'd consider sending him my Turbo Buick sticker sheet proofs and have him print them out on proper vinyl sticker sheets.
