just ordered up an a&l trans with a power clutch will post up pics soon

got the trans installed and fits perfect. thanks for the info guys, glad it has the correct trans like it did back in its racing days i would have never guessed that, that piece of fiberglass held a A&L trans at one time.

I love this car. Did you check with darryl whether he knows more about it?

Which differential hardware / outdrives came with the LW? 1/8" balls, yeah? Looks like the Stealth with the shims.

ya he doesnt know about it. he said he never really got into the kyosho triumphs, he started to but forgot why he said he didnt. thanks.

Not sure we ever really finished fitting one to the Triumph, I remember we bought one and looked at it, but we never actually offered one as I remember.

does anyone know what body this car has???? it had a chassis protector at one time, but need to know what body it had to get the chassis protector for it. it does have a dahms sticker on the sides if that helps. thanks

That's odd I thought I remembered some instructions included. May have mixed things up with the astute
