I see now how you cut out the bottom chassis plate. It looks like you have enough material to make another custom chassis.

In my line of work I have access to enough material to make thousands of chassis. That's just the one piece I brought home for this project

New order of fiberglass showed up today so here is the almost finished product. A few more things I want to do to it before I call it finished but its close.

Now I'm finished fabricating parts. I might change out the arms later for less yellow ones but done for now.

Mcmaster carr is the best for the sheets, there are a lot of choices but i typically use the 1/8 12x12 part number 8667K213 and black 1/8 12x12 is 85345K12

Those should get you in the ballpark

Cuts easily with a jigsaw, dremel, etc but make sure to wear a mask. It's very bad to inhale the dust

Oh yeah I've worked with the layers and resin before...total mess! lol.
