Thanks Al. I wonder if the concept could be carried over on an mx4. The original slipper is hell to find and super expensive.

In honor of National Pig's Flying Day I decided to actually post some pic's of one of my cars.

Erik I don't think this type of slipper would work on a MX4, just guessing but wouldn't it need a TPS type slipper besides the Delta slipper is very rare probably more than the Yok TPS system.

Here are some more pictures of the car being almost completed, I'm sorry I just forget to take pictures while I'm building the car. The car has as much of the Delta aftermarket parts as I could scrounge up. I haven't figured out what kind of paint body I want for the brand new Mrlexan RPS body I have waiting just for this application.

Still have to hook up the rear travel limiters and the chassis and battery hold-down are new and are direct copies of the original parts which were well used.

Looking good Al :!:
One of the only cars that the Hot Trick parts seem to make an improvement.

That's really nice! The only car I've seen with an aftermarket belt drive conversion. How do you adjust tension?

Good question, because it is a direct replacement for the Yok chain drive pieces there is no way to change belt tension that I'm aware of. All I can tell you is that the belt fits perfectly and because it will not be run I'm not too concerned with this point. As there wasn't any instructions with what I got I guess we will never know what was planned.
