It ran great!
I taped over the vent holes inside the rims, to keep sand out - otherwise basic setup.
The accumulation of sand, in general, wasn't as bad as I expected.
Suggestions for a new 4x4 RC for sand?

I've run my Slash 2wd at the beach, w/ sand paddles and Castle SCT 3800kv combo.
It ran great!
