HI!... I always luv a good BOX... LOL!

Yup... You're Paranoid.JPAE07 wrote:How do you know for sure there aren't bricks in that box? Unless I was the first owner I would be skeptical. Anyone whose ever been around retail knows how a shrink wrap machine works. The seal could be manipulated too.
I suppose I'm a little paranoid.
Reggie started it! He actually found a "brick" in his sealed box. Actually more of a "box of used parts" but still....RJK33 wrote: Yup... You're Paranoid.
Charlie don't surf wrote: I don't know that you could say "worth a ton", it's worth more sealed, but in an honest auction without a mark and a shill, it's a reasonable or decent price. Not knocking that kit, but it's not an early kit, and without it being open, there is no real way to know what's in there ( I bought a SNIB 6036 Graphite team car from ebay to find it re-wrapped and full of newspaper and parts )
If you want to build it and shelve it, then have a blast doing itI say open her up
Could it be an early Cadillac also?... The box for my Goldpan has the Edinger Address - but some of the internal paperwork (spares price list) has the Cadillac address.... & the spec of the chassis suggest cross-over car.RJK33 wrote:Brian is correct. Late Edinger, but Edinger none the less.
I don't get it.Incredible_Serious wrote:I predict Thumbs is going to be disappointed, when he looks in here.....

Jugging from the sun fade on the box, I'd say that it's 100% the same kit, I would leave it intact, but if it were an earlier kit, I would open her up......."Will not ship to Canada" gets me every time
