never!!, I should get more work done this weekend, I must be getting old, or have to many part bins, a few things that I thought I had.....I don't, I'm picking up some bearings at my LHS, and a few other parts might be harder to get, well maybe more time consuming, but It'll get there.

Should be a nice build when done!
That said, I tend to agree with those who say run 'em. I can see doing one or two shelf queens that are truly one of a kind, or a replica of one of your runners. But I build the cars to drive 'em. I build 'em up real nice, all clean and pretty, then go beat on 'em and get 'em filthy!
I have never figured out how you guys have time to take pics, I don't even think I breathe when I am building a minty kit!
Same here. I almost never remember the "before" and "during" pics, whether its RC, real cars, guns, structures. Doesn't matter. Always the afterthought of "damn, I should have done some chronological picture taking".

Little bit of work. Got the stealth buttoned up. I bought a bearing kit from ebay, wasn't happy with the outdrive bearings as they were metal sleeved like the other bearings so I went with Associated outdrive bearings (#6903), with the beige sleeve? You don't see it once the tranny is buttoned up, but I know it's there.
should note, that all factory stealth kit that I've opened have had the beige sleeve outdrive bearings

On the later team's, would a #8182 aluminum nut have been used on the rear screw of the #6360 rear suspension mount. Worlds, and 10T's had them, just putting it out there.

I don't either, but had thought at some point something changed. Would you know why the worlds had them, or even the 10T's?

That's a great question, the worlds, trucks, gt's, and DS's all had them. Guess they just didn't make a running change there.

I was waiting on rear shock parts. Put it together about a week ago. Forgot to take pics, but here is the end result. And no, I am not going to run it

You could at least push it around on the carpet like a big hot wheels while making "vroom screeeeetch vroooooom" noises
That looks amazing Marlo!

Thanks for the compliment. Well if its worth anything, I did roll it on the white backer board to center it for the pic
It's a very well built car, but my heart wasn't into this one. I needed to finish this, and the 10T (both in my Gallery now) in order to get started on my "T-bucket build".
