For racing I've always used SAVOX. Recently I purchased the hobbyking equivalent to the 1257. So far its been great, and for the price I can afford two of them vs a SAVOX.

@ flipwils11:
I run a Hobbyking low profile servo in my T3 without servo saver.

I've put it through a lot of abuse already

but no problems so far!

I'm a big proponent of running Hitec. I hated them like nobodies business years ago but started running the HV line after a bunch of people I trusted recommended them. The 7940/7050 is probably more than you're looking for but they're the closest thing to indestructible there is. There are however many other fantastic servos from their lineup and they flat out have the best customer service in the industry. Definitely check out what they have to offer. I saw the 625/45 recommended earlier and these were the servos that made me hate Hitec. I'd avoid them personally, they lack power and dont center very well.
The Hitec 985MG is a pretty good servo for the money.
While I have no first hand experience with the Protek servos,
this has good speed and more than enough torque.

My 100ss is still holding up just fine. I parked my short course for now but it worked flawlessly and I would expect it too for a long time to come. I will definitely buy more of them when the time comes.
