I've been on the forums there for about 5 years now, have like 1300 posts, but I never did the paid subscription/showroom thing, so I don't know if I have a member number...

I still like Tamiyaclub, been on there for a few years. A lot of useful info and some cool pics on there. I just refuse to renew my membership for $25 right now. And I hate having to manually add others comments to my post.

Member number 154 here.....

I don't get to TC as much as I used to, nor have as much input in their forums... and my showroom is sadly lacking a few of my recent pickups.

Having said that, I still like the place.... the showroom concept is a great idea for someone like me, who has heaps of different trash piles to share....

You were 304, Bill.... that would be in the first 305 members......

Most of the hoops you have to jump through now are due to the TamiyaClub hacking a while ago, where members details were published on the 'net, including e-mail addresses and passwords..... :x

I stopped going to TC when they switched format to whatever it became, I dont remember if it was paid memberships but im pretty sure thats why I stopped going. I was easily one of the first 100 members

On a side note I was the first person to sign Roby's old tamiya database guestbook. he was one of the first collectors to have resources for vintage tamiya on the web as far as I remember along with Blazer Frazer.
