I always assumed J-R-X-2, but I always wondered why there wasn't a JRX1.

I wonder if a JRX4 was ever considered? We had to wait until the XX4 before we got a 4wd car from Losi.

I am sure the prototype 4wd used at the worlds (cant remember when) was dubbed the JRX4, as it was based on the JRXS:

I've pretty much used either pronunciation at one point or another, possibly even in the same sentence.

The most annoying one was a guy I used to race with who insisted on calling his XX an "ecks ecks" instead of just saying "double x."

No doubt...Vin Diesel's character in the movie "XXX" would've had a whole different mystique if everyone called him "ex ex ex". :lol:

J R X - 2 is the only way I ever said it.....

I think it could be called junior x2.....becuz even tho they spelled JR....and not junior....it was still derived from Gil Losi Jr. short for junior.

i call it j r x 2.
Glad to be back in this hobby so many many years later. To see new things and to recollect on ALL cool vintage models!
