I just ran through Your collection - You´ve got some very nice custom builds.Mr. ED wrote:Check out my hotshot bodied ultima in my gallery.
With the supershot re-re you should be able to get a rollcage again and the supershot body is even better than the hotshot
That's pretty cool but I do like the ARRMA Raider looks and technical design better.RichieRich wrote:It's like a vintage version of Kyosho's new Sandmaster.

Okay, call me simple but this Sandmaster is going on my list. I actually gave up on Kyosho, but then they launched the DB Ultima and now this Sandmaster. I am a big fan of Buggys that looks like BuggysRichieRich wrote:It's like a vintage version of Kyosho's new Sandmaster.

Folded a body in alloy, still a long way to go
Why doesn´t that surprice me - If it´s younger than 1982, Mr. Circuit 1000, gets uncomfortableHcp22 wrote:That was a radical change, I think I like the “old” bug better. But then I’m an “old fashion” guy
I see what You mean - I think I´ll fit the alloy body to a smaller chassis and use Tamiya´s padla tracks with some Hornet fronts.farmer wrote:looks goodDennisM wrote:Update -

in my opinion it looks like the ol front engine sand dragster put some paddles in the back and a false super charger stack coming out the top of the body about 3" back from the front shock towers than a set of ascot sprint headers coming out the side, than a set of smoothie front wheels ,that would just set this buggy off ,with that square cage its just screaming vintage sand drag

Yes, it´s going in-line but it´ll have to be 5 + 1 at the top. My steering servo is taking up a bit of space and I´m to cheap to buy a low profile for it.Mr. ED wrote:Did you get the battery mounted in-line then?
I test fitted a tlr 22 body on mine some months ago... and then had to give it back to the owner.
The kind of square edgy look of that body fits the ultima very well
