UPS is a joke! Every single time I've bought something and it was shipped through UPS because that's the only service that was offered, it was NEVER delivered when scheduled. Never.

I just bought some floormats from a Mitsu dealer in Florida that were shipped Monday through UPS and were scheduled to arrive today, which is Thursday. After checking the status today, they've been rescheduled to arrive on Monday! And there's no record of them after the 15th when they were still in Florida! WTF?

A couple of years ago I had a package not arrive on schedule for a peculiar reason:
