Jason, I have the TH1 rear adaptors for you as well. But......I would use the proline fronts and x pattern rears

first thing on the list is since the front is already been modified I'd cut the back too. Always liked the front staggered tires you have there too. Rears aren't as specific to me.

Gonna ask...is this actually gonna get run?

if i'm gonna dump a bunch of new white rpm parts on it, i doubt it'll get run. hell, even the ones i put together TO be run never get run. i just don't have the ambition to go outside and "play" with a purpose built race car. if i'm not going to a track, they don't leave the shelf, and i almost never go to a track.

main reason why i want another crawler. i need a reason to go outside an actually use something.

Scratch that ... apparently (生産終了) translates to discontinued. I might have a set if you're interested.

the speedo showed up today. missing the booklet and rubber plugs, but have plenty of those.

i'm sure i have more of those decals.

This looks like this is going to a be an 'ace' build - top work on the repairs to the tub I spotted that the car modelling those Sees wheels in the BST section has a carbon tub too, love the look of that one with the stock white shock towers & plastic - very understated.

Reggie; on the subject of decals, any news on the Reedy sticker?

thanks. i was going for the... a guy bought that cf tub and a team car kit at the same time, and built the car with the cf tub instead of the aluminum pieces look. i think it works.

both of the cf tubs had their share of issues. the one in this thread went fairly easy, since there weren't any extra holes to fill and i simply cut the damaged areas off the front kickup. the rear kick up was the biggest issue but that was an easy fix. the first one, since i wanted to keep it as a standard buggy, i had to repair a couple of ripped out mounting holes at the front, as well as one at the rear. it was also full of extra holes that needed to be addressed. but it turned out pretty good.

thanks. i still got to work on dusting in the areas with paint to get the weave back in the spots i repair. then you'd really have to look to see them. i have a fairly used up team car chassis in the basement i want to play around with, and i also have a new product in mind that i want to try out to do the repairs. the 3m automix stuff is quite expensive, and since it's not easily acessible to me anymore (since i'm no longer working at the collision shop, and we don't use it on our restorations), i need to find a cheaper alternative.

Mind sharing what that new repair product is? I need to repair the arm mount holes on the Houge chassis I picked up and want to find something stronger than JB Weld.
