Hmm I thought you were going brushless? I'm sure that Trinity motor can handle 8.4V but what I mentioned earlier is with regards to a brushless setup.

Thanks for the comments, i went to my local hobby shop today and picked up a servo for the steering...

let me finish installing the Dirt Burners "Thorp Hard'' final pinion and i will post some pics... almost done.

ok guys... i have finished the car... i received the motor yesterday...its a 19T single from Trinity its installed along with a "hard" final pinion gear , i had some electronics sitting around so i got them installed in the car for now, i need a better speed control cuz this one cannot handle 8.4v but i have to say its pretty fast the way it is... the steering servo was a PITA to get right but with a little mod got it to work, here some pics...

i will be getting a better SC and a 8.4V battery soon...

Looks nicer when the electronics intalled.
