we got 3 classes here.Lonestar wrote:then again there's something slightly wrong about a frog winning against a hoard of other buggies like those pictured above59burst wrote:only 14 4wd's were there. and I got TQ and the 1st place. I won 1st and this 3rd round at 4WD class this year. Works '91 (the blue frog driver) was the 2nd round winner![]()
superb pics anyways!!!!
Paul
insect (540) class is for entry level cars like grass hopper and frog. they must have rigid or trailing arms.
2WD (23T, BLS 13.5T)
4WD (23T, BLS 13.5T)
I won the 1st places couple of times at 2WD and 4WD classes. but never tried insect class yet.
540 was the control motor for all the classes last year. but 2WD and 4WD went to 23T from this year
btw, I talked about the top force wing and got the same conclusion. brake or wing?

Great photo man! I almost thought they were vintage photos with those kicks some of the people are wearing. If it wasn't for the banner with the 2009 on it and the modern tires, I would think the photos were old too.

the liquor from Kazakhstan tastes great. I got 2 bottles from a friend and, badly wish to get more. I can barely read cyrillic and it's Arashai in english. but I don't have any idea if it's a brand, type or what. the friend told me it's their traditional liquor and very very cheap. the bottle was covered by genuine leather btw.
