good luck
I am surprised that a back flow valve isn't code-

Any smart new home buyer should have one included in contract. I assume its not something anyone thinks about until it happens.
That really sucks, hope everything works out for you

arrrrrrr It happened again earlier today. I've just come out of the basement after 3 hours whiping wather out. This time it didn't burst inside: just seaped in through the terrasdoor. You could see a good 40cm dirty wather up against the glass door. About 5cmm inside, not as bad as the other time and only a little debris. But still stinky. Maybe I should get into boats
Most stuff was stored from the ground but again I had a few things on the ground (had been working on a build untill 1AM the night before).
A low-profile servo, 2.4G receiver, brand new Lipo saddle packs and a never used speedpassion ESC... keeping my fingers crossed they'll turn out ok after acouple weeks drying up
