I imagine that the bank isn't going to be too keen to get you to move out. What's the rush? The banks already have more houses in their hands than they can sell, and each additional house they pick up is just another one on the market driving prices down even further.

I'm guessing that there is probably a special place in hell for people who would throw a vet out of his/her home because he/she was trying to help out someone who was irresponsible enough to secretly scuttle the mortgage.

sorry to hear this johnny but part of me knew one of the n.c. guys would offer a place to stay lol i would but i live in military baracks i dont think my command would be to keen about someone else living here lol good luck johnny and if you take don up hes not kidding he has plenty of ground to run on ill visit and we can all run...

Went to court today and lost I got 10 days to move 20 years of stuff out...my cousin was moving all the furniture out so I would not have a place to eat or watch TV...says he is goin to finish taking all the furniture out sat...real nice family I have.... thanks Guys...Johnny

Dude should be pretty embarrassed ... I would press the point and make him leave you a sofa until you have to move out.

In fact, I recommend that you pour some iced tea on it tonight and tell him that you peed on it. I would recommend using that trick on anything around the house that you would like to keep. Sure, he will probably doubt that you really did pee on it, but when faced with a damp sofa and a pissed off vet, my guess is that he won't want to take that chance.

I feel bad for you Johnny! Don, you are a god send! It would be great to live with such a nice guy and a vintage RC guy to boot! Hope you take him up on it!
