Kranzels is (one of) my lhs. They relocated earlier this year, about a mile from the old location, for those of you that didn't know. I stop by once a week, or so. I was just there a few days ago checking out the c/w street-trac tires and rims, but I didn't see any foam tires/wheels except for truck ( not c/w). The shop is a little smaller now and they don't have a track anymore :( . They have a lot of SC truck tires and very few buggy and truck tires.

If the Thorpe product was old stock, it is gone. I don't recall seeing anything thorpe hanging on the wall and I frequent "the wall" often 8) . If David is holding out on me... :o

I talked to David last week, he said they uncovered them during the move.

No Reg, they are up for grabs, I have one set NIP that I've had for a long time, used to run them BITD and always had issues with the aluminum topshafts.
Me too, they were garbage-as were the Robinson Ti topshafts. IDK how you can machine a perfect gear and all the other dimensions except the diameter of the shaft ( slightly undersized )
and I would spend hours trying to get the tranny free and never get it right-

really? I'll give David a call in that case, I know he still has some thorp 64p 2.25 gearsets on the wall too, with the alloy topshaft!
He has one set left and a few seperate top shafts and idler gears. To bad the diff and idler are plastic.
