Yeah, like we don't have a few of those type forums at CT too.

I looked it up after my last post and I'm at about 4.8 posts per day at CT while you're about 5.3 here. We aren't all that far apart really, and all it will take is for Chat Night to catch on a few times and I'll be right up there with ya.

For what it's worth I stopped District 9. Obviously a huge budget and yet it was a POS. Doesn't hold a candle to Starship Troopers as far as alien/war movies go.

I'd like to add that in the top 10 in rank here, only 3 of us are in blue. What's your excuse?

I have some catching up to do. After we started this place I went MIA for a year or better so I'm a little behind. Image

True, the longer you've been around (without interruption) the easier it is to get upthere... and the old-timers have a certain undeniable advance.
So I wanted to see how many posts our top 3 has on average per day:

scr8p 5.53 posts per day
mrlexan 5.24 posts per day
badhoopty 2.48 posts per day

So if you want to get them out of that top you've got a couple options:
- get them to stop posting (keep it legit though)
- hope they slow down
- stick around longer
- get you're average up... if any way possible; please with posts that add value and are of interest to others

I’m actually more intrigued by the very old(as in joined early)members that visit often, but have very few posts. I mean, they just lurk around taking in info. They prolly have the coolest cars of anyone and don’t even share. They just choose to remain in the shadows. Not that there’s anything wrong with that. I just find it interesting. I don’t really think about my post count very much. I may go 3 months without a post and then post 20 times in one night. Just depends on mood as I’m sure it does(at least to some extent)with everyone. At the same time I’m a very analytical person(believe it or not  ), so I do find the statistics very interesting at times. I guess sort of in the reverse way that you are looking at it.

Just to clarify, I don’t mean analytical to equal intelligence(obviously  ). I meant it more as simply seeing things for how they correlate to one another.

I just made a t-shirt that says “My dog loves peanut butter”.

There, don’t want anyone getting the wrong idea about me…
