No not possible I have already spoken with Joe about these wheels and tecnacraft had nothing to do with them, but that does not mean Lazerlite didn't copy Tecnacrafts design I found out that Lazerlite came out after Tecnacraft not sure when but Joe remembers seeing them at the tracks back in the day not sure if he noticed there wheels or not at the time.

Also, IIRC, LazerLite made ONLY drag style wheels (wide rears + skinny fronts), and didn't do any other style car or truck wheels.

forgive me for finding this totally amusing.

do you really think that tecnacraft were the originators of the 2 piece wheel design? i have a pair of 2 piece aj's rims that would beg to differ. or don't they count because they're plastic? either way, the lazer lite rims are more like the aj's than the tecnacrafts. the screws through the face/hub and attach to the outer rim. tecnas are just the opposite. the screw go through the outer rim, and attach to the face/hub.

NO, I don't think that Tecnacraft were the originators of the 2 piece wheels dude I just gave my opinion on Shodogs question that Tecnacraft had nothing to do with lazerlite and that they came after tecnacraft. And your wrong on the way the hubs attach on the Tecnacraft wheels they also go through the center hub and thread into the outer rim you must be thinking of the buggy wheels  so they are exactly the same as the tecnacrafts also Tecnacraft had the same pattern in there 2.2 wheels prior to lazerlite. The only difference between the lazerlite and the Tecnacrafts is the mounting.
