My buddy had one of those back in the day. His was the one with the 500cc engine before they cut them down to 250. Fast as H*LL

Those things are cool. There was a guy a block over who use to have a Honda Pilot, that thing was sweet, lots of suspension travel. But the guys who owned it always beat the crap out of everything they owned and I dont think they had it too long. I think the Pilots were a 350 or 400cc.

The pilots are 400CC and from what I have read are heads above the my FL350 in performance. You see them taking crazy jumps

I remember seeing the long travel suspension upgrades for them in the old 4 wheeler mags, yuo could build a pretty sweet rig up.

Those long travel kits are about $2200 so I don't think I'll be putting one on anytime soon. I got the new wheels and tires in yesterday. Now I'm just waiting to get the Master cylinder rebuild kit along with some pad and brake line. Maybe it will come before the weekend.
