So the cars actually pull up on the sand and park? Only place I've seen that was in Venezuela. People pull up with SUV's with the trunk facing the beach, and a ice chest in trunk.. and party LOL.
Yes. Washington Beaches are designated as a state highway of all things! Complete with speed limit signs.
