Re: who likes beer?
Nah, moonshine isn't that bad, especially after the first jigger .

I can't do whiskey or rum and coke anymore. Too many bad nights when I was younger.

Then you should have been drinking a better rum! I am a rum man and have found that Mount Gay - Jamaican Rum is really good and reasonably priced.[email protected] wrote:I can't do whiskey or rum and coke anymore. Too many bad nights when I was younger.

I grew up in Vista about 10 minutes from the old brewery, about 25 minutes from the new one.Y'ernat Al wrote:Mark,

Re: who likes beer?
As I'm reading this, I have 10 empty bottle of beers standing behind me on the kitchen sink. They are not from last night or this morning for clarity, but they represent my like for beer: they are all different brands and types of beer.
Belgium probably has a larger choice of different beers per square kilometer than any other country and I will grab any chance to try something I haven't seen before.
Adding to the selection here, I have travelled an endless series of countries in the past 8 years for my job and thus "sampled" all together a couple hundreds of beers.
The worst would have been the kenian home-brewn coconut beer, the best...I really can't say; I just like diversity too much.
In the well-known sections abroad : in the UK I like a 'bitter' or kilkenny red, for the US Samuel Adams amber, or a real recommender: Blue Moon (a belgian white, brewn in wisconsin ?).

Blue Moon is good stuff. It has become very popular around here.

Well that explains it then! I never hit the old one, but the new one is A+I grew up in Vista about 10 minutes from the old brewery, about 25 minutes from the new one.

X3, not that I know what piss tastes like, but I would bet it is the closest thing, especially warm. Can't remember when the last time I drank one, probably like '96 or earlier, when I was in college.shodog wrote:+1000badhoopty wrote:some dudes are simply flabbergasted by me saying this, but i find beer one of the nastiest things ever. the darker the beer the worse.
Not a fan of beer either when Liquor can get you there quicker.
I am not here cause I am playing photographer and on my mountain bike.

Re: who likes beer?
Kona, Harp, Fat Tire, Bells or any other quality lager will do. A good Scotch always works too.
