to all those not getting the parts they wanted. Get a controlling share in TT stock and take over the company. Get another re-release going just the way you want it

Thanks for the MIP idea. Although being fussy I do like the idea of UJs better.

I think it is cool the metal parts are made in the USA!

I like the people complaining about missing parts and such. I guess I will have to fire up the machines and make some more box art shock collars and edinger style spring cups.

For those of you who were not around a few years ago, I machined several sets of shock collars and spring cups that matched the box art parts.

I guess I'm not as much a purist as some of you because I don't mind the Caddy/Edinger mix considering it's a re-re....I think giving enthusiasts a little bit of each allows the re-re to honor both of them in one car. Seems like a smart idea. I can assure you that if they chose one over the other a lot of people would be complaining that they wanted the one NOT being re-re'd for one reason or the other. They can't please everybody.

No music for me. My builds are all completed in total silence as I enjoy the peace and tranquility that comes with immersing myself in the task. I find any noise (music or otherwise) during a build distracting which ruins the experience for me. I guess you can tell that at least 50% of my enjoyment of this hobby is the build.

If the battery box in the rear bulkhead has been raised, It will be interesting to try getting an inner ball stud to fit ( in the later, more inboard position) Not from a kit standpoint, but as a spare part for later buggies.

I find there's a balance, as long as you get her something every once in a while you are good to get what ya want. And when I say balance, I mean I get about 4 or 5 things to her 1

Her- What the Hell is this for??
Me- Just because you're so swell & stuff (smootch) I knew you'd never buy one for yourself.

Me- Regardless, my argument stands: No worries, I'll build it for you and paint it and all that.
Her- Well, when you do, it's gotta go in your hobby room: I don't want that thing in here.
